I hate these guys. I signed up for high speed internet and the technician came over 2 weeks ago. right after that I noticed my internet constantly disconnects yet the lights on my modem remains on. I called them a dozen times in a span of about 1.5 weeks, every single day. a technician finally came, but did not fix it at all and the problems continue happening. the technician gave me his cell number to call him again if the problems continue, ok good. so I called him again, he said he'll run some tests for me and call me back. 3 day... read full review »
