We took a 5 year contract for 2 homes- for a total of $3800, they denied our claim for an air conditioning unit -they wanted proof of regular maintenance which we provided them with- would not give an answer in writing- gave us a settlement contract to refund the money as we wanted to terminate services with them and they did not honor it.
