I have bought a digital camcorder from Simply Electronics and despite the company said they would delivery within 3 to 7 working days it has never arrived. Three weeks later and dozens of emails exchanged I have decided to cancel my order and claim full refund of my money. It seems to be taken quite a long time for them to procedure with my request.
