I decided to try the sample for $ 4.99 but never did get the sample. After 10 days, the company automatically charge my Visa $92 for the month. The following month, they charged me again. I called the customer service to complain but they kept insisting that the sample was delivered. I told them that without trying the sample, how can I tell if the product is good.
