I have been receiving phone calls from an unknown number for several days now. After ignoring them for two days, I decided to go ahead and answer the call one Saturday afternoon. The guy spoke with an accent, later recognized as Jamaican, and told me he was with Winners International. He said that they were ready to deliver me a prize of $450, ooo and a New Mercedes. I asked about the contest, and he told me the Oprah Winfrey was rewarding random people that had paid their bills on time.
