I recently cancelled my phone contract with fido due to extremely bad service and over charging of services. I re-signed my contract last December and trust me it was a huge mistake, this last year I have been calling and complaining about my phone bill and the crazy amount the monthly payments were I received rude and vague remarks from the customer service department.
