The Aquaguard Protec+ was puchased by me in Aug'10. It was giving trouble & stopped working. On 06th Nov'10 i called the Customer Service Helpline & put in a servicing request (0060064328). I was assured that the Service Engineer would positively visit "within 24hrs."
