I ordered 2 pairs of pajamas on Oct. 29, 2010. On October 30 I got an e-mail from them stating my order had been sent out and that tracking info would follow within 24 hours. Never received this tracking info. I went to the website to seek customer service by e-mail. Their policy stated the e-mail would be answered within 48 hours. It's 3 days now and no word from them.
