Having had issues with Laura Ashley delivery in the past i was reluctant to accept a gift voucher in compensation from them - however accept it i did which forced me to either give it away (and burden someone else with their poor quality goods and customer service) or use it myself i purchased 3 cushions, one of which was a large knitted wollen affair, after 12 weeks the thread is unravelling and the wool has a sort of webbed effect where the fibres are meshing together, altogether very unattractive and nothing like the product i (or... read full review »
