The open door policy is a crock since I have had a nervous breakdown due solely to one of your assistant supervisors and am no longer mentally capable to enter my place of work and none of the other assistants or the main supervisor, whom has been replaced by another who I have not met and as i understand hasnt started work yet, have tried to speak with me over the phone or email or regular mail.
