I wish I had seen all these complaints before I tried Google Tree. Same song next verse. I wanted the "free" information, agreed to pay $3.88. I never received the email or the package then I got hit with over $72.00. They won't refund it. We need someone to help us take action. This isn't a fluke, this is a SCAM.
