I have been without heat from my furnace for over two weeks now and still waiting for First American Home Warranty to fix the problem. I have an older furnace (32 year old home with original furnace) which is one of the main reasons I purchased this service. In the past year, they have replaced the circuit board three times and now saying it has an electrical problem and currently waiting for an electrician to evaluate.
