Consumer's Original Complaint : I order two pairs of shoes on the 28th of March. My credit card was charged $65.73 on the 28th. The first e-mail that i sent was on the 1st of April. The response that i recieved was as folows:Hello, Yes we are working on the order we will have a tracking # sent over when it has gone out. Again we are so sorry for the delay. hi i purchased the grant for 1.95 also but i got a notice from my bank a few days ago telling me that there was a charge of 58.61. I immediatly called my bank to dispute it. I also called the company to ask them about it. the first time i called they hung up on me. the second time i called they answered and a rude guy answered the phone. they told me that me account was canceled but my bank is going to cancel my card and account and start a new one. read full review »
