This company is the worst Home Warranty Company in the world. The Customer service is horrible, and no one seems to know anything about a claim. My water heater went out last month and it took them a WEEK to replace it. They do not replace it right away, i called and no one knew what was going on with it. They had no idea where it was coming from and they did not even know how to track it.
