I purchased a new Honda Accord from Thelen Auto Group in Bay City MI on 7/30/09. They guaranteed in writing that I would be furnished a loaner car if service required. I hit a deer on 10/26/10 and contacted Thelen to have vehicle repaired. When I informed service manager Justin, he stated they only had three cars and none available.
