I have been with Charter for about 2 years and I have never been pleased with my service, but now matters are much worse. My internet rarely works and, as I am a college student, this effects me immensely. They do not remotely care. I was stupid enough to sign a 2 year contract with the criminal company so I don't get customer service. Note how on their website there is no place for customer service.
