I ordered a 30 day trial of the program for 1.97 on 11/10/2010 to be charged at end of trial period. On 10/12/2011 they charged my visa card 49.95. When I looked them up on the web sight and told them this I was told by agent 289 that I would recieve a rebate in my welcome package to be mailed back in to recieve my money back. This should be told in the add and I should not been led to believe that I had 30 day to try the product before I would be charged. By this there is no 30 day trial.
