I have purchased whirlpol refrigerator genius royal DU model 10077 srl No. INC063514351 on 27/09/2006 from Tirumala Music Centre Tirupati, AP, India. During Aug 2010 it was found that the door hinge portion there was a seriou crack and the same was intimated to TMC and a technician attended and intimated that the door completely has to be changed for which I have agreed. In spite of my repeated telephone calls no action has sincce been taken by TMC for unknown reasons. Kindly investigate the root cause of plastic breakage at hinges and also make neccessary arrangements to replace the door at the earliest possible. read full review »
