On November 3, 2010 I used Visa card to pay at the pump (at a Chevron gas station in Federal Way, WA, with plus grade) and began to fill up and soon realized that there was no pressure and no gas being dispensed/pumped into my tank. I was charged $4.10 ... not tons of money, but money is money, and this is fishy. I immediately went inside and told the woman behind the counter of the issue and she said if nothing actually pumped then my card would not be charged. This WAS NOT the case.
