I made a deposit for $10, 000 at a Wells Fargo Bank at 5:00 PM on Sept 30 - a weekday. There were checks that came through on my account at midnight of the same day. They paid all of the checks but the bank charged me almost $1, 000 in overdraft fees saying that my deosit was past their cut off time. I have requested a copy of my deposit receipt at least 5 times and each time they send me a copy of my check - which has absolutely no stamping of any kind on the front or the back.
