Since 30th Oct, 2010 I have personally visited Etisalat to report them that i have shifted to a new place, next to my old building and i am existing customer of E-life and i want to do the transfer. Etisalat send a tech after 2 days, he viewed the location & told me that he will come with his team next day, i waited more than 4 days and visited Etisalat again & reported, nothing happened, every two days time i was visiting Etisalat main building 3rd & 4th floor, they keep telling me someone will come.
