Filed unemployment insurance November 8, 2010. Spoke to a claims officer named Ms. Nelson who asked what my position was ansd what am I applying for unemployment. I told her my job was outsourced and stated that I did receive a payout. she asked about a pension, I do not have pension i have a 401k of which I rolled over.
