dear sir, i want to lodge a complaint on indian railways because of the late arrival of trains. 1.i am waiting for the secunderabad patna express on november 14, 2010 at patna junction(train no:2791) from 7.10 pm, its right time till 12 pm. 2.this is the second time i have been waiting...always the train comes late.there is no response in the station managers room at patna.perhaps the person most of the time will not be in his seat. 3.the additional superindent (commercial) is not responding properly. there is no complaint... read full review »
