Hi, i have purchase a sonny erricsion mobile model no. W 20 Zylo on 9 of Oct 2010 which is now not at all working properly. It is hardly a month and the phone has default in screen display and in slide when contacted to service center they said that this is the default in this mobile of which they have 30 cases and i have to wait for 7 days at least then i have to go there as that internal product was not available at the center.
