I bought a new Toyota Corolla Advance 1.6 in September this year. There was an attempt to steal the vehicle and I needed to have the locks and alarm fixed. I took the car to Toyota Sasolburg, they had the car a full day to assess the damages and identify the parts needed. My insurance gave them the go-ahead to fix the car. My car went in on Tue 9 Nov at 7:30 to be fixed. At 13:20 I was phoned to tell me they received the wrong parts from Toyota SA and cannot fix the car.
