I echo complaints posted here by others. When you buy tickets to an event (I bought mine through TicketTurbo), be aware that Jeff, who runs Windy City Roadtrips, doesn't have the tickets he is selling. Either he has no intention of getting you the tickets you paid for or he tries to buy them from the owner after you have already paid for them. I bought the tickets in early October for the Colts game on November 14. At first Jeff told me the tickets would arrive by Nov. 1. Then he said they would arrive by Nov. 8.
