The individuals running this site should be shut down and smacked down - at the same time. We bought a pair of supposed Uggs on here for Christmas and, though my daughter has had several pairs in the same size, this pair came in with a weird toe stitch that made them two sizes too small. After 4 attempts to get a reply from their customer service email form (all I was trying to do was to get an exchange to a larger size), there has been no response whatsoever and you cannot call anyone. Obviously because these people are selling bogus Uggs and they also are doing it from China ... somebody please shut them down. read full review »
