They are very quick and nice to take your order immediately and they'll guarantee you'll receive your order on time, especially if you had a rush order. I did a 2 day delivery and paid extra for this option. The dress I had order did not come in on time (2 day delivery), it came in 5 days after. I was upset and called them to check on the status for the 2 day delivery order and the lady said she'll get back to me. I did not receive any phone after 3 hours of waiting.
