Shopper Discounts.com is running one of the biggest debit and credit card scams on the internet. Recently my daughter went off to college. As a way to help her out we are providing additional funds for her and monitoring her bank account of any transactions. Recently while my wife was reviewing her account on-line she saw a charge to her debit card of $12.00.
