2 months ago a $14.95 charge showed up on my Verizon bill. It was burried on page 13 (of 16!) and the description was Pba Svc Efaxmthly Fee. When I called the PBA phone number (877-257-2455) they explained that their service allows faxing over the internet from a home PC. I never ordered this service, but their records show that someone registered me for this service through a Web site called lookhereforjobs.com.
