I applied for a refi in AUGUST 18TH (today is Nov 15th). They "fixed" my rate at 4.375 with a "total closing cost to me of $300". But delay after delay, low and behold it all of a sudden is going to cost me over 5K to close. These people are incompetent and fraudlent. DO NOT TRUST THEM!
