I have lived in my home for 10 years not missing a payment, went on unemployment 2/2010--04/10 I was diagnosed with breast cancer & had surgery/treatments, then 6/2010 had surgery for torn rotary cuff, starting June I received workmans comp of $2100 a month until I go back to work next year. I have been trying to get a loan modification since April 2010, once I got a letter stating that they offered me a modification and turned them down which is a lie.
