I travelled on 31-Oct 2010 from Newark NJ-Ahmedabad India by flight AI-144.On arrival at Ahmedabad on 1st Nov 2010, my 2(two) checked in luggage were missing.The complain was attended by Bijal Prajapati . Propertyirregularity report & landing certificate was issued with an assurance that they will inform me about my mishandeled items as soon as it will arrive. Till today, after my repeated enquiries, I have not received my luggage nor they have bothered to reply me satisfactorily. I will be thankful if suitable steps are taken regarding my complain.
