I bought a water purifier from Eureka Forbes on 9-10-2010. Product brand name is 'Aquaguard Total Protec+'. On the second day it stopped working. Later I filed a complaint with the customer care, unfortunately nobody turned and even I tried calling customer care several times. Customer care always responds saying that their technical person would turn up 'next day'. Unfortunately no positive response from the technical folks till date.
