I requested a refund of the funds that were taken out of my account by back dooring me through a loan request, I was given a cancellation number and was told I would receive a refund in 2 to 5 days, that was November 15th, I still havent received a credit to my account, I called November 23rd to inquire about the refund and was told I hadnt submitted the refund request form sent to me via email, (which I deleted due to I thought it was another scam to get my account information, which it ask for in the email) so I had them resend it and I submitted it. No refund as of yet and I dont hold out much hope. read full review »
