Called A1 Plumbing as my heater wasn't blowing warm air. Tech didn't show at all first day, waited over a cold weekend for the next guy on Monday, who was 3 hours late. After he got here, he ran the furnace through its paces and concluded it may be the thermostat. We went to the thermostat in the house. He looked at it and said something negative about the brand (digital, programmable). He 'wiggled' it a bit and went back out to the furnace.
