I called in August to find out how to cancel my membership. I was told, at that time, to just give my name and they would cancel me. The next month comes, charges to my bank account again. I called again, this time I was told that my cancellation needed to be in writing. I asked, "what does this cancellation letter need to read"? I was told it just needs to state my name and cancellation date. I sent a fax in September stating to cancel my membership ASAP.
