I have been trying to pay off my loan through Wells Fargo Dealer's Services. They first gave me wrong pay off balance online and after I submitted it, they sent additional charges saying the payment was late. After I attempted contacting them to discuss this charges, they said their supervisors were busy and they would not be able to talk to me. I ended up having to pay extra charges.
