I was worked for Mindtech World (Mindtech Hosting) as a webmaster for two months, part time (8PM to 12AM) . At the joining time Mr. Anant (CEO & Marketing Head, MindTech Solutions) was provided me Offer Letter. But I didn't sign on that. At that joining period I am getting Rs. 10000/- PM, and I asked him Rs. 5000/- PM. He offered me Rs 3000/- for three months probation, and I can resign at any time he mentioned in that offer letter.
