Dear Sir, I am very regular customer of KFC but very time in going to purchase of family basket, all the time it is non spicy although i am giving order for spicy. Today also has the same problem i told the counter guy to give me the spicy order family basket, he told that it is spicy order. And every time chicken is very dirty. Pls. look into the matter.
