Having three mobile numbers for celcom, i also implemented a simple auto debit for this 3 accounts. First one and half years no issue, then all of a sudden, first my wife number they say bill is outstanding, then after much e mails and time wasted with their most ridiculous customer service, this resolved, then mine. What I cannot understand it is a auto debite for my credit card, all other utilities like telekom, tenaga have no rpoblem, only celcom.
