Twice now, I have paid my Comcast bill online through Bank of America, and Comcast has failed to credit my account. Both times, I have had to jump through the same hoops to prove to Comcast that the bill had been paid- I got a copy of the cancelled check from Bank of America and submitted it to Comcast. Then Comcast still had to "research" for at least a month to figure out where the money had gone before they would credit my account, in spite of proof that they had received money from my bank.
