I recently purchased a pair of Uggs from Newboots99.com (on Nov. 5th). However, after confirming the order, $20 was then added onto my total for shipping. I complained immediately (They only have an e-mail address as a method of contact.) and asked that my order be canceled. Not only was it not canceled, but they had immediately charged my credit card, and I have yet to hear back from them (I have sent 4 e-mails to them without a single response!).
