Dear Sir/Maam, This is to apprise you of the extremely unsatisfactory service being provided by you authorized Service Centre "Mohan Motors Udyog, Auopata. I had given my car WB02V5810 a swift, for servicing on 21.06.2010. During this servicing the ckutch and brake shoes were also replaced.
