Hero Honda should feel ashame of themselves that they sell their bikes in abundant and when customer wants to get the bike part repaired or ask for new part which remains unavailable in stock. I purchased the Hero Honda bike only for this reason that the parts of Hero Honda bikes are easily available everywhere, but I didn't know that I will have to face the shortage of my bike parts of this reputed company "HERO HONDA". My bike has been standing in a company for last 20 days due to shortage of body parts. I am really disappointed with this behavior of company. Is this called a customer service? read full review »
