I ordered a bedroom set of a particular style. They delivered a different bedroom set of a different (and, of course, cheaper) style. They refused to acknowledge their error, and in fact insisted that they had delivered what I had ordered. I have never come across any business in any field that cared so little about basic standards of honesty and customer service. My advice: DO NOT buy Ashley Furniture. read full review »
