I have phoned my bank about this unauthorised payment taken & been told to cancel with this company but Cannot get in touch with them. there have been hundreds of people caught out with this 'FREE TRIAL' scam. How do I get in touch with them?. The bank is sending me out a form to stop these payments being taken off every month but they say have to contact Collagen (not pos) to get payment of £87.76 back.
