Sony is not responsible. My VAIO's screen has been jumping since Oct 14, and I call the SONY customer service to fix my computer. SONY customer service said that the technician will contact me within next couple working days. I have been waiting patience for week after week. I called each week and they gave me the same answer that I should wait for the technician. I called the technician and they said that they were waiting for the part. I called back SONY and they said they will transfer my request to special team to handle this issue... read full review »
