Flyer in Smart Style reads:THE PERFECT PACKAGE, $20.95. Includes Haircut, Basic conditioning Service, Blow-Dry and Hot Iron Touch-up. I sign in and wait approximately 35 minutes. Called to sit in the chair and told him I wanted the advertised special. At which time I was informed My Hair was too long and it would be another $20.00. The blow dry was not a style but just a dry and the hot iron touch up is only for the ends.
