I've been charged for the Email & Web for smartphone fee of $29.99 per month. I don't have a phone that uses that feature. They told me when I purchased the new phone that I would only be billed $9.99 for the new additional phone line. Now they are telling me that is was my fault because I did not read the fine print while I stood in line to purchase my phone.
